A good rule of thumb is to not express a date in which you'd prefer your child not to be born on. Because more than likely....it will happen then. When I had some significant contractions at 1 in the morning on October 31st, {and bundled the babes up and headed to the big city...fast..} I would soon find out that, that 'holiday' would be one of the greatest days of my life.

SHE IS BEAUTIFUL, ABSOLUTELY, GOT MY WANTING 1 TOO. DON'T YOU JUST LOVE HOW KIDS EAT ALL THE STUFF THEY HAVE IN THE HOSPITAL LIKE THEY ARE STARVED AND ALWAYS THIRSTY. IT NEVER CHANGES. GAGE WAS 12 WHEN I HAD AIDAN AND HE WAS LIKE MOM ARE YOU GOING TO EAT THAT, CAN I GET SOME ICE, ALL THE GOOD STUFF.

I think I have looked at her picture 1000 times over the last 2 days. And said, "She's so CUTE!" Or, rather, squealed that. Ahhh...she's so cute. I'm so happy for you guys. :)
And, I am dying to know how Daddy feels about this little girl...how he really feels. Trying to get a sneak preview of just how smitten Shane's gonna be, you know.

I know I commented a ton on these on Facebook, but she is seriously too much. She's just darling. I knew she would be (because your boys are darling) but wow. :) I'm very happy for you all. And what a good mommy for her to model as she grows.

Oh Kathy!! I wish I could see more clearly through all the tears in my eyes! She is the most beautiful bundle of joy and light I have seen in such a long time!! All my neices are precious, as our my nephews (I like to consider yours as part of our family as well) Daddy looks so proud and your ranch hands look thrilled and in awe of such a adorable babay! I am so happy for you Kathy! I am so so so happy for you...for Daddy and brothers!!! My prayers and endless love are with you all. If there is anything that I can do, please let me know. I am not that far away and though I know Darcy is there, I could stay in Auburn and help with the other 7 little ones!!! She is precious and my joy is endless that you know get to have that amazing mother daughter bond that is just priceless!!! I love you so much!!!
