A taste of the Orient...

Like we did for Sam's birthday, we took our Shep out by himself and allowed him to pick his eatery of choice to celebrate his 4th year of birth. He picked our fine local Chinese restaurant.

Ready to eat.

Chinese food makes our boy smile

Dad and his birthday boy

A good time
{This kid is so funny and fun to hang out with}

We allowed him to pick out his birthday gift, {which was a large assortment of matchbox cars...because we don't have anything like that at home} and headed back to the homestead where the rest of family was waiting with cake and ice cream

Sam and grandma Vicki surprised Shep with a wonderful party.

The boys...ready to party...

Dad and Nora ready to party

Sol, having a good time.
So excited

All smiles as we sing 'Happy Birthday'

A boy and his cake
{Cannot believe he's blowing out 4 candles this year..}

Trains make this guy smile

A little reading time with Grandma Vicki

A good day...

Happy Birthday precious boy...we love you so, soooo much...

{A special thank you to grandma Vicki for the cake and papa Tom for playing}

Does he actually use the chopsticks? I never appreciated Chinese food until I was in college; he's a smart kid! Looks like an awesome birthday!
