Spring is...

Here!
{Shep is thrilled}

And we are excited.

Very excited.

to play in the dirt...

and smile....and do some planting..

But first? Dad fills up the seeder
{A seeder his grandfather used}

Dad showing his boys how it's done.

Baby boy wants to try.

Thankful for dad's guidance.

Shep is ready to go.

Fast.
{And keeps us laughing all the way.}

And our big boy.

Who prefers to do it on his own.
{Which is very telling of our sweet boy}

And the little lady waits....and digs...

A good start.

A good time.

And now,O sons, listen to me: blessed are those who keep my ways.
Hear instruction and be wise,
and do not neglect it.

Can we have some of that thing you call "spring"???????? We still have well over two feet of snow in our yard.

Saw your relatives today. Took a cat off their hands so that she can kill some mice up here in our garage in the tundra.

Come on ova' Laurie! Darc said you all got snow. I don't think I'd be mentally prepared for it. ;o)

Did they bestow upon you their calico cat? That thing seriously crept in my bed one night.{Not into cuddling cats myself} It's a creeper! :o)

Love you Jen.
