I have a bad low back right now too, so I am laughing because I just told my husband lastnight that I'm sure if I just did my abs video my back would get a little better!
Thanks D..I always need prayer. I've never had back trouble before which is as equally surprising. :)
No doubt Laurie..I've been slowly trying to get back into shape...hoping to work the obliques into submission..but I need to get rid of a lot more post baby goodness before that happens! :) (And that would take work right? Hmmm...work)
Oh Ang...tight abs? Not even close! ...but I could move a small village with my arms. ;)
Reminds me of my dh when after the birth of our first child (31 hours labor, occipital position, 4th degree episiotomy, TMI), he proceeded to tell people that he thought the birth had been harder on him...

Sorry your back isn't doing well - give that man of yours a big ol' slap from me - and a hello too!
Oh, dear! Strep and then this! I do hope your ailments stop coming, but praise God for a great husband (even one with a sly wit like yours).
He truly is an amazing help. AND he was innocently trying to be informative...just not at the best time:)

Uuggghhh. That would take work on my part.
Such sensitivity! :-)
That's funny though...I can't believe I don't have back problems!
Hope you are feeling much better soon...I'll be praying for you tonight!
Praying for you. I cannot believe you have weak abs while raising 3 lil boys. Impossible. I'm sure you lift Sol enough to keep'em tight. ;)
{{hugs}}
We'll do Steph! We'll do :)
Agreed Randi..I hit 30 and I'm falling apart!
